Birkenstock fit, sizing, and shopping help

How does Birkenstock fit?
Birkenstock uses European sizing (EU 36, 37, 38…). EU 36 fits like a U.S. women’s 5–5.5; EU 40 fits like a U.S. men’s 7–7.5. The cork-and-latex footbed molds to your foot over the first 1–2 weeks and the fit gets noticeably better with break-in. Regular width fits most people; narrow width is available on Arizona, Boston, and select styles.
Does Feet Heart carry authentic Birkenstock?
Yes. Feet Heart is an authorized Birkenstock retailer. Authentic cork-and-latex footbeds, original Birko-Flor or oiled leather uppers, and the genuine Birkenstock branding on every pair.
Can I get help choosing my size before I buy?
