Where we ship
We ship within the United States. International shipping is not currently offered — please contact us for special requests.
Processing time
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Shipping methods and delivery times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier, counted in business days after the order ships:
- Standard ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available)
- Priority overnight: 1 business day (where available, order before 12pm PT)
Shipping cost
- Standard ground shipping is free on orders of $50 or more.
- Single-pair orders (up to 5 lb) ship free, regardless of order total.
- Heavier orders under $50 ship at the carrier's calculated rate, shown at checkout.
- Expedited and overnight upgrades are available at the carrier's calculated rate at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you do not receive tracking within 3 business days of ordering, email orders@feetheart.com.
Lost or stolen packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package:
- Check with neighbors and around your property.
- Wait 24 hours — packages occasionally show as delivered a day early.
- Contact the carrier directly with the tracking number.
- If still missing, email orders@feetheart.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. We will file a carrier claim and work with you on a resolution.
We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier to the address you provided. If you live in an area where porch theft is common, please consider shipping to a secure address (workplace, parcel locker, neighbor).
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, see our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address after ordering, email orders@feetheart.com immediately. We can usually update the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once shipped, address changes go through the carrier (UPS My Choice, FedEx Delivery Manager, USPS Hold for Pickup).

We offer free local pickup at both our stores:

Select "Pickup" at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready (typically within 4 hours during store hours). Pickup orders are held for 14 days.
