Questions answered
Pikolinos fit, sizing, and shopping help
Best for hand-finished Spanish leather that’s comfortable from the first wear.
How does Pikolinos fit?
Pikolinos uses EU sizing. Measure your foot and compare it with the chart for the exact style. Check toe room, instep and width before ordering; adding length is not a reliable fix for a shoe that is too narrow.
Does Feet Heart carry authentic Pikolinos?
Yes. Feet Heart is an authorized Pikolinos retailer. Hand-finished in Spain with the brand’s original leather, lining, and sole construction.
Can I get help choosing my size before I buy?
Yes. Call or email our store team and we can recommend a size, walk through fit notes for the specific model, or check stock at our Culver City and Arcadia stores. Phone: (310) 398-7497. Email: info@feetheart.com.
What are your shipping and return policies?
Yes. Free U.S. shipping and free prepaid returns on full-price orders — sale and clearance items are final sale. If a full-price pair doesn’t feel right, send it back within 30 days, no restocking fee.
