These Terms of Service govern your use of feetheart.com and the products and services we offer. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that the payment method and billing information you provide are accurate and that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Products and pricing
We do our best to display product images, descriptions, and pricing accurately. Colors may appear slightly different on your screen than in person. Prices, availability, and product specifications can change without notice. If we discover a pricing error after you place an order, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send you a shipping confirmation email. Before that, we may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, or items that became unavailable.
Payment
We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Your card is charged at the time the order is placed. All prices are in US dollars.
Sales tax
We collect sales tax on orders shipping to addresses in states where we are required to collect it.

Everything on feetheart.com — including text, photographs, logos, product descriptions, store design, and code — is owned by Feet Heart or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or use any of it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Brand names and logos (UGG, Birkenstock, Timberland, Dr. Martens, Clarks, etc.) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an authorized retailer.
User accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Prohibited uses
You may not use our site to:
- Violate any law or regulation.
- Submit false information or impersonate another person.
- Interfere with site operation (scraping, spamming, hacking, denial-of-service).
- Resell our products as a wholesaler, dropshipper, or for any commercial purpose without written authorization.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Both you and we waive any right to a jury trial.
