The Dr. Martens Men's Rakim 6-Tie Boot is a 6-eyelet lace-up boot — slightly shorter shaft than the iconic 1460 (8-eye) but otherwise built on the same Dr. Martens DNA. Goodyear-welted construction with yellow stitching, smooth leather upper, and the signature AirWair air-cushioned sole. The 6-tie height makes it easier to lace and easier to slip into thicker pants than the 1460.
Fit: Dr. Martens run a half size large. Most customers size down half. Order true to size if you plan to wear thick socks or break them in slowly.

The 6-tie height makes it easier to lace and easier to slip into thicker pants than the 1460.
Fit notes: Dr. Martens runs a half size large. Most customers size down half. Break-in is 1–2 weeks; the slightly shorter shaft breaks in faster than the 1460. Heel slip in early wears is normal as the leather conforms to your foot.
