In the event a product is listed at a wrong price, or with
information that is not accurate or correct feetheart.com shall
have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product
listed at the wrong price. Feetheart.com shall have the right to
cancel or refuse any such order whether or not any such order
has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If
your credit card has been charged for such purchase and your
order is cancelled, feetheart.com shall issue a credit to your
credit card in the amount of the charge. Although feetheart.com
attempts to provide accurate information, it does not make any
representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of any
information on this site.
Risk of loss, all shipments made to buyer shall be made through a
well knows shipping carrier with a valid tracking number . If any
shipments shall be lost it shall be buyers responsibilty to claim
from shipping company
