Careers at Feet Heart

Feet Heart is a family-owned California footwear retailer with two stores — Feet World — Culver City and Feet World — Westfield Santa Anita — plus our online store at feetheart.com. We've been fitting Southern California in UGG, Birkenstock, Dr. Martens, Clarks, Pikolinos, Frye, Taos, and more since 2003.

What we look for

Our best team members share a few traits:

• Care about fit. A shoe that doesn't fit is a return waiting to happen. We invest in making sure every customer leaves with the right size and last.
• Know the brands. UGG sheepskin, Birkenstock cork-latex, Dr. Martens AirWair, Clarks Wallabee crepe — every label has its own story. We teach the rest.
• Patient with customers. Sizing across brands isn't intuitive. The team that takes time to explain the difference between Birkenstock EU 38 and UGG US 7 wins lifelong customers.
• Reliable. Show up, take care of the store, take care of each other.

Open positions

We hire for sales floor, stock room, online order fulfillment, and customer service. Roles are part-time and full-time, hourly with brand-team commission. Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, Korean) is a plus at both locations.

Most hires start at Culver City or Westfield Santa Anita; we promote from within for online and lead roles.
