Goodyear-welted construction with the iconic yellow stitching, AirWair air-cushioned sole, and durable smooth leather upper. The 1460 breaks in over the first 2–4 weeks and lasts for years with basic care.
Fit: Whole UK sizes. Dr. Martens says most styles run true to size; if you fall between sizes, the brand recommends the larger size with an insole to take up the half.

Fit notes: Dr. Martens uses whole UK sizes and says most styles run true to size. If you are between sizes, the brand recommends the larger size with an insole to take up the half. If you plan to wear thick wool socks or want a slow break-in with thicker insoles, order your usual size. Heel slip in the first few wears is normal and disappears as the leather conforms.
