Shipping rates & policies

Standard ground shipping is FREE on all orders to the continental U.S. Daily shipping cutoff is 10 AM PT Monday–Friday.

How fast we ship

  • Most orders ship from our warehouse within 1–2 business days.
  • Some items ship from a partner warehouse and may add 3–5 business days to processing.
  • If an item is not in our warehouse, we may pull it from one of our Southern California stores — in that case it ships within 5–7 business days.

If your item is out of stock

If we can’t fill your order due to wear, damage, or stock shortage, you’ll have three options:

  1. Pick an equal or lower-priced item — we’ll refund the difference.
  2. Wait for the item to be restocked (not all styles can be re-ordered from the manufacturer).
  3. Cancel for a full refund — typically 3–4 business days to land back in your account.

If we don’t hear back within one week, we’ll automatically void the authorization and refund your order.

Where we ship

  • Continental U.S.: free ground shipping.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories / APO / AE: flat-rate USPS Priority shipping at $9.99. USPS Express is available for an additional $17.95.
  • International: we currently ship only within the U.S. and U.S. Territories.

Tracking and delivery

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 3 business days, or if a package is marked delivered but you can’t find it, email info@feetheart.com with your order number and we’ll help locate it.
