Return policy

We’ll gladly issue a refund for full-priced merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase. Sale or clearance items are final sale.

At feetheart.com we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality footwear. There are times when an item just doesn’t work out, and we’re here to help. Our easy exchange and returns process is designed to make sure you leave satisfied and eager to tell a friend.

Returns on full-price items

If for any reason your shoes don’t work out and we can’t locate an alternative size or style, you’re eligible for a prepaid return label and a refund of your order cost, excluding initial shipping charges. To be eligible, your return must meet these guidelines:

  1. Items are returned in their original packaging. Do not use the manufacturer’s box as the shipping carton.
  2. Items must be in as-new condition, free of scuffs on the sole, and unworn, unwashed, and undamaged — with all original tags intact.
  3. Your order was placed within the last 30 days.

Sale and clearance items

Sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
