Refund policy
If something isn't right, we offer free 30-day returns on full-priced items.
Full-price items (30-day return window): Return within the 30-day return window after delivery for a full refund of your order cost (original shipping excluded). We email you a prepaid return label - return shipping is on us. Items must be unworn and as-new (no scuffs on the soles), in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please don't use the shoebox as the shipping carton.
Sale & clearance items: Final sale - not eligible for return or exchange.
Defective or wrong item: We cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund including original shipping.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges: We don't process direct swaps - return your original order for a refund and place a new order; it's faster.
In store: Returns are accepted at either Feet World location (Culver City or Arcadia) with your receipt.
