Unworn shoes in their original box may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Sale or clearance items are final sale. UGG and a few premium brands have specific return windows — the exact policy for your order is shown at checkout and on your receipt.

  3. Open the order you want to return and select Request return.
  4. Choose the items, pick a reason, and submit. We’ll email a prepaid label within one business day.
