Fit: Birkenstock uses European sizing, and this pair is cut in the Narrow width. The Arizona runs true to the Birkenstock last — most people take their usual Birkenstock size. As a guide, EU 37 ≈ U.S. women's 6–6.5, EU 38 ≈ 7–7.5, and EU 40 ≈ 9–9.5. If you're between sizes, size down.
