Sand is one of Birkenstock's most versatile neutrals — pairs naturally with denim, white, navy, or olive.
Fit notes: Birkenstock uses European sizing. EU 36 fits like a U.S. women's 5–5.5; EU 40 like a U.S. men's 7–7.5; EU 42 like a U.S. men's 9–9.5. Both straps have adjustable buckles. The footbed feels firm at first — that's intentional. Birkenstock suggests wearing a new pair for one to two hours at a time at first and building up from there.
