Quick answer: Pikolinos use European (EU) sizing and run on the narrow side, especially through the toe box. If you have a wide foot or fall between sizes, order one full EU size up. The leather is soft, chrome-free and hand-finished, so it softens and conforms with wear — but it won't add width, so start with the right size.
