The Dansko Fawna is a Mary Jane that moves from a workday to dinner without changing shoes. Premium leather upper with a hook-and-loop adjustable instep strap and a buckle detail, leather and soft textile linings, and a removable molded EVA footbed with Dansko's Natural Arch support. An integrated insole with a tuckboard and steel shank keeps it stable through a long day, on a 1.5-inch heel and a lightweight rubber outsole.
Fit: EU whole sizes. The chart groups U.S. half sizes into one EU size, so US 7.5 and 8 both map to EU 38. Use the chart rather than converting.

Fit notes: Dansko uses European sizing. EU 36 fits like a U.S. women's 5.5 to 6, EU 40 like a U.S. 9.5 to 10. The instep strap adjusts, so a higher instep is easy to accommodate. The footbed is removable if you wear orthotics.
