Creative Recreation fit, sizing, and shopping help
How does Creative Recreation fit?
Most of our brands fit true to size. If you’re between sizes or want a specific recommendation for a model, call our store team — we know the brand-by-brand quirks.
Does Feet Heart carry authentic Creative Recreation?
Feet Heart is an authorized retailer for UGG, Birkenstock, Dr. Martens, Clarks, Taos, Pikolinos, Timberland and Dansko, and we sell 100% authentic product from every brand we carry. We’ve been a family-run Southern California shoe store since 2003 with two physical locations.
Can I get help choosing my size before I buy?
Yes. Call or email our store team and we can recommend a size, walk through fit notes for the specific model, or check stock at our Culver City and Arcadia stores. Phone: (310) 398-7497. Email: info@feetheart.com.
What are your shipping and return policies?
Yes. Free U.S. shipping and free prepaid returns on full-price orders — sale and clearance items are final sale. If a full-price pair doesn’t feel right, send it back within 30 days, no restocking fee.
